Excellent location near the shops and only a short walk from the railway station and bus stances. There are magnificent views out to the marina and along the coast to Nice from the front terrace. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Only down side was the heat in the apartment......there is air conditioning in the bedroom which we used every night, but the lounge room etc are difficult to keep cool during the day. But it had been exceptionally hot weather and maybe that would not be an issue at another time of the year! Would go back to this apartment on another visit.

Our family enjoyed a great holiday break at the house. It is situated in a perfect location to enjoy central Antibes, walk to the beaches, station, restaurants and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, well decorated, and perfect for our family (2 parents and 3 young adults). We enjoyed a mix of self-catering and eating out and would thoroughly recommend the house and all of it's facilities. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful which really helped to settle us in and check out. We would love to stay again and would recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed with two friends. We all loved the house, it's roof terrace and central location. We were always amazed how calm the street is whilst only a few steps away, through an archway, is the bustle of shops, restaurants and cafes ( great people watching!) underground parking too, if you need it. The beaches and the marina (with amazing mega yachts!) are only about 5 minutes walk. Picasso museum and the walk/view around the ramparts were favourites too. The house, linens etc was very clean and nicely presented. Lots of artwork and personal touches made it really feel like a home, not just " a rental". There are lots of books too :) The kitchen was very well equipped, fresh and obviously well cared for. We loved the dining area with stone walls and antique table. Plenty of grocery shopping just around the corner and the "marche provencal" nearby has every fresh produce you could want! The beds were comfy and the en suite beautiful. Having 2.5 bathrooms was nice and the air con on the top terrace room was appreciated. Jo, the lady who met us and checked us out at the end too, was friendly and helpful. We hired a car (3 mins walk away!) for a day to explore a bit inland but otherwise enjoyed walking and took the train (station is 10 mins walk) to visit Cannes and Monaco. Would we book again? Absolutely! Thanks for a great stay!!

This is a most majestic location, a perfect treat for a most wonderful holiday. The house is excellent, beautifully maintained, and the roof top terrace is perfect for enjoying every meal what ever the time.

We found the house was perfectly situated just far enough away from the main square so noise was never a factor but the accessibility to all the town was very easy.

The town is a wonderful place to stay, the narrow streets are beautifully paved and the harbour is something else.

Thank you to Jo, the housekeeper and to Bill and Lisa for their kindness in allowing us to stay in this most amazing house.

The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and contains everything you need for a perfect holiday. The location is as good as you can get, close to everything, especially the Provencal market, beach and loads of bars and restaurants. The only downside is the stairs. This apartment would not be suitable for the old or infirm. Would definitely stay again. Jo and Mark were very helpful and informative and made our stay even more enjoyable.

What an excellent place to stay, right in the centre of old Antibes. On a quaint, quiet pedestrian street and yet 1 minutes walk out of the archway and straight into all the activity. Easy parking in the post office underground car park means it is easy to transfere cases into the property. The house itself is beautifully kitted out. They really have thought of everything for your comfort whatever the weather.
The bedrooms are a good size and have very comfy beds.
The terrace is lovely to sit out and have breakfast or an evening meal.
There is air-conditioning on the top floor and a fridge too for cold drinks etc.
I'd thoroughly recommend it as a holiday destination.

This is one of the only private, town centre, terraces we found during a long search. We didn't want to hire a car: there are trains and buses from Nice Airport to Antibes, making it easily accessible. The market really is 1 minute away, and there are some fantastic food shops within 5 minutes. Above all, though, the terrace is the star. Sun from 11am onwards for those who want to catch the sun, but also a shaded area for those who just want to be outside late in the year. Perfect.

We were two couples with a total of three children that visited Domaine Juan Flore during two weeks of June 2016. It was our first visit to the French Riviera. We enjoyed the living facilities and the area a lot! The pool was perfect for children of all ages (including adults) - the only things missing were sunbeds and parasolls because it could get very hot laying in the direct sun for hours without the possibility of shade - and this was the cool part of the summer. The apartment had everything we needed - just like a home away from home. Because we travelled in a group it was perfect that the apartment had two showers and two toilets. The living room was separate from the bedrooms so when the children were put to bed we could still enjoy music from the nice Geneva stereo in the livingroom or watch tv without disturbing them. The wifi was slow - so it wasn't easy to stream movies on a tablet - so better log off and log on to life ;) The whole complex surrounding the pool felt clean and safe and it was perfect with the short walk to the beach and the big grocery store (E.Leclerc) - a store that had everything we needed during our stay. We didn't have a car but after a few days we figured out the bus system wich took us to Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes and it was a very cheap way of getting around! We can all highly recommend the apartment and the place for anybody wanting to visit this area of the French Riviera! By the way - if you travel like us for the first time to France and don't speak French - expect some trouble with the language barrier as the majority of them don't speak much English. We had a lot of help from our translate app on our phones though. The pizza at "Restaurant La Promenade" in Juan Les Pins was perfect by the way ;-)

This apartment is all about the outside space - the wrap around balcony is great, with a sofa, decent sized dining table, chairs and tables to allow you to sit outside at all times of the day, with electric awnings giving you the choice of whether to lie in sun or shade. The sun touches the balcony the entire day.

The interior layout is slightly odd, with the "ensuite" bathroom in bedroom one actually having no toilet - instead using a toilet in the hall, next to the main bathroom. The kitchen is also not huge, but is very well equipped. All the bedrooms are of a decent size and have shutters allowing you to leave the windows open at night but still feel secure, and to get fresh air.

The apartment is well kitted out with satellite TV and Apple TV available for use, and an awful lot of items left for you to make use of - including food items such as sugar, pepper, salt etc, which are very useful.

I'd recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to have easy access to the Cannes-Antibes area, with only a short walk to the beach and a 15 max minute walk to Golfe Juan or Juan Les Pins for dinner.

there is no air conditioning in this apartment, only a forced air ventilation system that makes no noticeable difference.

Another return visit to Antibes and we we were not disappointed. Great apartment, which is well equipped and comfortable. The pictures on the website are a good reflection of what you get, so no disappointments, We were well looked after by Jo & her team who provided what we had requested.
Two of our party are disabled and the apartment met their needs, as it has space to move around in a wheelchair, a shower (one step in and no adaptations, so would not suit all disabled people) and a lift.
Close to the station, the beach and the old town, everything was on our doorstep. We will be back!

The service was great right from first booking enquiry with good response to emails. Our car hire fell through right at the last minute and managed to arrange a reasonably priced transfer with the agent from the airport for our family of 5 the day before we landed.

The apartment is great. Spacious, stylish and a big balcony with views of the sea and the lovely pool area. There was no issue with noise and the block is very well kept.

Mod cons were all there including top of the range appliances, flat screen TV, PS3, massive iPod speaker dock etc. There are other appliances such as a Nespresso machine, hair dryer (with diffuser!), wifi. The kitchen was well stocked and there were dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent, washing up liquid etc.

The rental agents and the housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful.

The beach is a short 5 min stroll away but v crowded in August. We preferred the pool which has restricted access and NO SUNBEDS which means that nobody dumps their towels on a bunch of beds for the day. It was never too busy and it was so lovely to relax and sunbathe/swim, then pop back to the apartment for snacks.

We ate in most of the time. Two of the kids are vegan and eating out is trickier but the local supermarkets are just over 5 mins walk away and have a great selection of vegan food (and non vegan food too!).

The non vegan adults ate out one night at nearby 'Cote Jardin'; around 10 mins stroll away. Wonderful views and great food.

We caught the train to Nice for a day from the centre of Juan-les-Pins which was a pleasant trip so our car hire woes didn't have too negative an impact on our stay.

We were really pleased with this place and think it looks even better than the pics.

One thing is that the pool slide was closed when we were there. It was caged off and had hazard signs.

Wow! We were absolutely delighted with our stay in these lovely apartments. As a group of 6 we all had so much room to spread out in the spacious apartment we'd booked along with this superb Studio. What a find. Having the two apartments, one above the other and so private, worked brilliantly and was simply divine sunbathing on the loungers, chatting over a glass of rose admiring those stunning views and eating al fresco under the stars. A superb spot just minutes from the Market & restaurants!

We really enjoyed this delightful studio. It was just perfect for us as there was more than enough room which isn't always the case with studios and we loved having more than one bathroom! (And all so new and modern too). To be able to just relax, dine and sunbathe on the superb terrace was a real treat and also to sit with a drink watching the sun go down in the evening was magical. The location was brilliant, being alongside the stunning Marche Provencal and was bang in the heart of the old town so minutes from the Picasso Museum, restaurants and beaches. The place was clean, tidy and dealing with RentRiviera for booking, arrival and check out was great. Would definitely recommend especially as we found out it has a beautiful main apartment that can be rented out on the floor below for larger groups or families. That got our heads thinking about a future trip... Will come again!

The apartment has breathtaking views of the mountains and absolutely beautiful decor...very much a 5 star home away from home. I've personally been going to Antibes for quite some time and this was by far the best accommodation to date.

The apartment is located very close to the center, 5 min and to the beach 7 min. The train station is also very close, around 5 min. The place is very bright and full of sunshine. In the morning the sun is in the living room and in the afternoon in the bedroom. The view is absolutely amazing. Everybody that has visited me was stunned with the view. The covered part of the balcony is very charming and ideal for nice dinners. You can see all of Antibes and the port, as well as Nice and all the cities in between. It’s very peaceful without noise. It has everything you could need from plates and towels to little things such as candles and magazines. The kitchen is big and it’s like a real home kitchen, there is a microwave, dishwasher, stove and a fridge, as well as every possible kitchen necessity. The bedroom has a lot of closet space, three big closets as well there is one in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub and is pretty big.

We stayed for one week and had a great time. The apartment was just what we needed and exactly as described. It's maybe small, but you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is also parking space in the garage, which was very important for us as we came by car. It's located near the main square, where you can catch a bus for all directions, or have a short walk to the old town. I will willingly recommend this apartment for people that are coming to explore Cote d'Azur.

Over the last few years we have rented accommodation from Rentriviera on a regular basis and the service has always been excellent. Jo and Mark are a very friendly couple and go out of their way to ensure that all your needs are met.
During this period we have stayed in a variety of properties but most have been the older traditional properties in the old town. This apartment is situated in a modern, and very upmarket, new complex near to all amenities. The apartment is on the 6th floor with access by a lift which is very welcome as the older proprties do not have this facility. The apartment is very small and compact but is has everything that is needed for a short break.
As most of our time is spent 'out and about', the area we use the most is the balcony which looks out to sea and is a perfect place for a G and T or a glass of wine.
The apartment is about a 10 mins walk to both beaches in antibes and it a short walk to the train station. Local buses also pass very near by.
There are many lovely places to go to in antibes, but one I would recommend is getting an 'Isabelle' train ticket which costs 12 euros and gives you unlimited travel along the Cote D'Azur in a a day. Last year we went to Italy (end of line) for lunch stopped at Monte Carlo for tea and then onto Cannes for an evening meal. We were exhausted but really felt as if we had got our money's worth.
This apartment is also very realistally priced whcih is another attraction as it leaves more to spend on meals in the lovely restaurants which are very much part of the antibes way of life.

A perfect flat for enjoying life in antibes

A clean and modern flat, yet with character. Comfortable and cosy, but with enough space to enjoy relaxing in. Great to have the balcony to enjoy the sunshine or the nights sky.
A good shower.

"A relaxing holiday in a centrally located apartment"

I have stayed in this apartment twice now (in November and in February). Since the apartment has been completely refurbished, it is fantastic being bright and spacious. It is well placed for all parts of the town - it is 1 minute on foot from the Bain Douche on Boulevard D'Aguillon so seconds from the restaurants and bars. It is minutes on foot from the Gravette Beach if you are that way inclined. I have also spent time just chilling out in the apartment and enjoying the sights and sounds of the town and the port. I have never stayed in the spring or summer but imagine that the air con and small balcony (it is very small) are a blessing.

"Balconies, Beaches, Buggies and Beaming Babies"
This is our third trip. Our party consisted of myself and my husband, our 22 month old daughter and my mother.  We settled on this charming apartment in Old Antibes. Hugely spacious (large lounge), one double room, one twin room, nice bathroom with shower over and the balcony to die for with a view that extended across the roof tops of Old antibes to the Cap. All set up for breakfast and dining or relaxing of an evening. The apartment was clean and well furnished with plenty of room for four people to relax and play indoors. It was up four flights of stairs (great fun with a buggy), but we got fit!
As Antibes is very compact, nothing is very far away. It is perfectly easy to walk to the supermarket in the new part of town and to both beaches (town beach and Salis beach). Being situated in old town meant that we had good proximity to all the bars and restaurants and we found it all easy to find. The "pizza takeaway" pointed out to us is actually a very nice restaurant which does proper stonebaked pizzas to go and that was very welcome on arrival when we were tired and baby was grumpy. The boulangerie is very close by (useful in the morning). Downsides? Not many. If telly bothers you, it was French tv, not English and the stairs were heavy going. But the view was worth it! We had a great trip.
